The Špindlerův Mlýn Ski Resort is the best known winter sports centre in the Czech Republic. It is elevated between 702 and 1,235 metres above sea level.
The resort offers excellent opportunities for downhill and cross-country skiing. There are perfectly rolled slopes with artificial snow and more than 100 kilometres of cross-country skiing trails. The Svatý Petr Resort is the most important sports centre in Špindlerův Mlýn. Every year, many sports events and races take place there. The downhill courses are - as regards the length, the height difference and the technical condition - the best in CR. Svatý Petr is connected with the Medvědín ski resort via a regular SKI BUS.
